To purchase an item on our website, you must click on 'Add to Cart' button for the item you wish to purchase. Go to the ‘Cart’ page to review your items, then press ‘Checkout’. Once you have fill in all necessary details and proceed with the payment. You will receive your invoice through email.

We only accept local bank deposit through BDO and BPI as payment. Once payment has been done, you need to send us a copy of your bank deposit slip as proof of your payment. Fill out the payment form found on this link:

Our shipping fee is fixed depending on what item you ordered.

We ship orders everyday. Once we received your payment confirmation, we immediately deliver your order. An order is considered “Shipped” once it has been picked up by the courier. Please allow 1-2 days delivery for Metro Manila orders, and 2-3 days delivery for provincial/outside Metro Manila orders. There are no deliveries on Sundays or holidays, and there is no guarantee that orders will be delivered on the same day an order is shipped.

We use a third-party courier to deliver all orders, and we are unable to dictate specific delivery time.

Yes, we can combine orders for shipping as long as your first order has not yet been shipped and/or your orders will be shipped to one address. Once you notify us that you want to combine orders, you will receive an updated shipping charge from us.

If you do not wish to proceed with the order, please reply to the e-mail so we can process accordingly. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once it has been picked up by the courier.

For defective and incorrect items, we have a 3-day exchange policy upon receipt of order. Item must be in its original purchase condition, packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

For returns, please email us with your order number and information on the affected item. Returned items must meet the requirements above.
